What you choose to share
Our forms collect your name, email, phone where requested, country, and information about your project. Depending on your enquiry, that may include a business name, budget, timeline, dimensions, material preference, quantity and reference links. We also record that you acknowledged this notice.
We do not accept file uploads. Please share only reference links you are authorized to provide, and do not include passwords, payment information or sensitive personal information. Our server does not automatically download reference links.
Why we use it
We use your enquiry to assess the requirements, determine manufacturing feasibility where relevant, prepare a quotation and communicate with you. Submitting a form is not an order or acceptance of a contract. We do not add form submitters to a marketing mailing list.
Processing and service providers
When configured for delivery, the website runs on Cloudflare Workers. Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions for automated abuse and may process browser, device and network signals. The server uses your network IP address for security verification and a hashed rate-limit key. The application does not include your IP address in the quotation email.
Validated enquiries are sent through Resend to our business email inbox. Cloudflare, Resend and the mailbox provider process information to provide those services and may process it outside your country. Their own service terms and privacy notices also apply. We do not sell enquiry information.
Storage and retention
The website application has no enquiry database and does not intentionally log form bodies. Submitted information is retained in the business mailbox and may appear in the email provider’s delivery records. Retention and deletion there depend on the configured provider settings and business correspondence needs. You may request access, correction or deletion using the contact above, subject to applicable obligations.
Before public launch, the operator’s legal identity and a defined mailbox/provider retention schedule must be confirmed. This notice is an implementation description pending that review.
Cookies and analytics
No advertising or analytics tools are enabled in this website build. Turnstile, when configured, is used for security verification. Our application does not create a marketing profile. External websites linked from the site have their own privacy practices.
Security and your choices
Form submissions use HTTPS in production, server-side validation, security verification and rate limiting. API credentials remain server-side. No online transmission can be guaranteed completely secure. You may contact us directly instead of using a form.
